Display:

The Lenovo ZUK Z1 sports a Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS LCD display. We really liked the colours that it produced, which were pretty accurate and not as saturated as the ones on AMOLED displays these days. With a pixel density of 401PPI, text looked crisp no matter how much we tweaked the smartphone’s built-in DPI scaling feature, in order to display more lines of text on the same display area.

Camera:

The smartphone sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with a Sony IMX214 sensor and optical image stabilisation (OIS), a feature usually found only in high-end smartphones.

There is also an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The Lenovo Zuk Z1 weighs 175 grams and measures 155.7×77.3×8.9mm.The camera with 5P Largan lens setup delivers shareworthy images that will impress viewers on both the smartphone and even on a desktop.

Performance:

Lenovo Zuk Z1 smartphone packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz alongside Adreno 330 graphics, coupled with 3GB of RAM. The Lenovo Z1 packs 64GB of inbuilt storage, but there’s no option for storage expansion.

Software:

One of the key features of the ZUK Z1 is Cyanogen OS 12.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop, and is expected to be updated to Cyanogen OS 13. ZUK says the users can root the smartphone without voiding the warranty. It runs smooth, does not get in your way and you can customise it exactly the way you want, even down to the boot animations!

Battery:

Another notable feature of the Lenovo Z1 smartphone is that it packs a large 4100mAh battery. The dual-SIM phone supports two Nano-SIM cards, both of which support 4G LTE connectivity and Indian LTE bands – FDD Band 3 (1800MHz) and TDD Band 40 (2300MHz).

Other Features:

The Lenovo Zuk Z1 embeds the fingerprint scanner on home button. Much like recently launched flagship smartphones, Lenovo Zuk Z1 features a USB Type-C 3.0 port. Connectivity options include, Dual SIM 4G LTE (nano+nano), Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth v4.1 and USB 3.0 with a Type-C port for 5Gbps data transfer speeds. It features an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, digital compass (magnetometer), and proximity sensor.
